Our sister Kingdom has a great program from what I can see. You might try
contacting their Marshal at earl.marshal at meridies.org (He is Baron Sir Conal
MacDale) to get their rules and organization set up.

I was really impressed by what they are doing and would love to see
something like this in Atlantia as well.  The loaner armor they had for kids
was incredible!
