[MR] Safety Warning

This is just a quick safety warning...

   If you (or your group) uses propane to fuel cooking or lighting
equipment, be sure to check and see that your cans have their safety caps on
them. I didn't know what the Trooper was talking about after our accident,
but it appears that the cans are originally sold with a cap on the nozzle
end and that it must be in place whenever the can is in transit, especially
through tunnels (or, as he explained, across state lines).
   All of our propane tanks were confiscated due to our non-compliance.
Although we were not ticketed at that time, we were warned that we could
have been and that the fine was rather stiff.
