[MR] State Employees and SCA Demos.

This may be old news for some of you but I just found out that some
state employees are allowed 24 hours a year time off for community
service.   SCA school demos qualify under their definition of community
service.

I know NCSU employees have this benefit (It was passed after fran hit) I
am not sure if ALL state employees in North Carolina receive this
benefit (school teachers would probably not get this for obvious reasons).

Check with your HR department and find out if this applies to you.
