[MR] A&S competition question

hello

when I first became Royal Brewer, I had a hard time getting people to enter. 
The 1st event I changed the format to anonymous entries I have over 30 
people enter.

Personally I think many are more likely to enter if they know
a) know one knows (but the organizer) who's entry is who's
b) and they are sure of being judges 100% on the work presented. Not what 
the judge(s) know they know or should know.

Just my 2 cents worth
