 From a legal standpoint, if he is married to one of the owners, in essence 
he is part owner.

In Trimaris, the legal definition of a wife, is ''goods and chattel'' what 
I own he owns..  sigh..  honest..
been there, had a fit about that..  lol..   as I recall Penn is a community 
property state, ..   then again
I am a blonde, I don't recall my own name some days.. lol
