All artisans are encouraged to display examples of
their best work at the Atlantian 20th anniversary
event. Because of space constraints, you are asked to
bring the best of your best--only ONE item per medium
that you work in.

Small registration cards will be available on-site; if
you prefer to prepare ahead of time, we will be asking
for: your SCA name, local group, brief description of
the item (including any interesting tidbit like "I'll
never do one of THESE again..." or if the item was
made for a special reason, etc). You may include your
real name and contact information if you wish.

Blank notecards will be available for anyone who would
like to leave comments on an item. All comment cards
*must* be signed with at least your SCA name; unsigned
cards will be removed by the organizers.

Please consider bringing small tokens with you to
leave with items that particularly catch your fancy.
Everyone needs a little encouragement and appreciation
from time to time!

Any questions about A&S displays may be directed to me
at katrous at yahoo.com.

Information about the competitions will be posted separately.
