The SHORT version....

SITE OPENS AT 6:00 PM on Friday April 27TH
CAMBOK   : Bring your sticks there will be several posted cambok games
CAMPING  : *WILL BE ALLOWED FRIDAY AND SATURDAY NIGHT*
           Pavilion camping will be encouraged on the list field
GAMES    : There will be a gaming pavilion set up beside the list field.
PAVILIONS: Please bring your pavilion.
BARDIC   : Family bardic after feast till 10PM.  The bardic will be adult
           after 10PM.
DANCING  : After feast in the hall.  We are looking for someone to lead
           the dancing.
Benches and Period Tables: We need them so PLEASE bring them.

The LONG version....

SITE OPENS AT 6:00 PM on Friday April 27TH this is a change from the flier
           since there was a call for camping.

CAMBOK   : Bring your sticks there will be several posted cambok games.
           The games will be scattered during the day and a game between
           the fighting and feast. We currently have a half dozen cambok
           sticks and we are looking to double that.

CAMPING  : *WILL BE ALLOWED FRIDAY AND SATURDAY NIGHT*
           Period camping will be encouraged on the list field
           Non period camping and people who want to camp in a quieter
           area will camp between the road and the Gazebo.

GAMES    : There will be a gaming pavilion set up beside the list field
           set up with games, benches and tables.  Please bring your
           favorite games to share with others.

PAVILIONS: Please bring your pavilion. They add a lot to an event and they
           really look cool.

BARDIC   : Family bardic after feast till 10PM.  The bardic will be adult
           after 10PM.  We will not kick out families and their
           children, but after 10PM (and fair warning ;> ) the parents
           will be responsible for what their children hear. The bardic
           will take place on the list field after feast. Please feel free
           to bring benches to sit on and drinks of all varieties to enjoy.

DANCING  : After feast in the hall.  We are looking for someone to lead
           the dancing. Keep in mind that we will have a considerable
           number of newbies at this event and they will need to be taught
           the dances. Please contact Eric Campbell(aka Xavier) if you are
           interested.

BENCHES AND TABLES:  WE NEED ANY WE CAN GET!  THANKS!!
