Just to let people know ... realize that the ruling has 'come down', and 
'that is that' for now.  BoD has confirmed the ruling, and we do need to 
live by it now.

Also realize that there is LOTS of good work going on in the 
SCA-MissileCombat mailing list, and that really good, simple designs are 
being worked out ... (It's amazing what pressure can do to creativity).

So let's not get too up in flame about this all.  There is an issue, we are 
working on it, and overall we will end up with a safer environment, no 
matter where your feelings lie about it.
