Greetings, this fine sunny spring day, to all in the Tavern.
I and the rest of the staff are hoping to welcome you to Atlantia's
Twenty-Year Celebration, and we are striving to make this a very
enjoyable event for you.
We continue to hear rumors that one thing or another is "sold out." We
were hearing these rumors as early as March, and suspect that there is
some confusion with other big Atlantian events like Coronation and Crown
Tourney.
We are definitely NOT sold out on anything - yet. But reservations are
coming in at a steady pace that is relieving the anxiousness of the
autocrat and her exchequer. Available cabin space IS starting to fill
up. Our current numbers are:
Site Reservations Remaining = 547 of 1000
Total Camping Reservations Remaining = 250 of 650
Cabin Reservations Remaining = 89 of 280 (Cabin Reservations also
count against Total Camping Reservations)
Seats Remaining for Feast = 287 of 600
These numbers were current as of last evening. This information is
updated regularly on the event web page: www.ravenstreet.org/20yc
I know that many people don't reserve for an event if they don't plan to
camp or eat the feast. If this is you, we encourage you to re-think this
approach for this specific event. We are restricted by the site to
limit the people attending to 1000, and we won't be surprised if we
reach this number. That means, if (for example) we have reservations
for 900 people to attend, then only the first 100 non-reserved people
will be allowed on site. I'd really hate to have you drive down to
Scotland to be turned away, but that is what we would have to do. So,
please reserve, and save all of us unhappiness!
We hope to see you there!
