One that most comes to mind is, I believe, a scratched Cornea; resulting of an arrow bouncing off a shield that spun, landed tail end through the grill of a fighters helmet. I do recall hearing of one or two others happening with similar cuases and effects. Duke Eringlen has several reports on these happenings.
