COURSE TWO

 Mushroom Pastries
 Tarte on Ember Day (Onion Pie)
 Egges Farse (Hardboiled Eggs Stuffed)


COURSE THREE

 Pumpes (Meatballs in Cream Sauce)
 Roasted Pork (Pork Roast cooked in Cider with spices)
 Cabbage Salad (a type of cole slaw with vinegar dressing)
 Stuffed Chickens, Geese or Ducks (depends on cost and availability)
 Fried Field Greens

DESSERTS

 Apple Tarte
 Berry Tarte
 Pears Cooked in Wine Sauce with spices
