I almost never post to say "Me, too!" but all this gentle's words
make too much sense to ignore.

Quite frequently, someone posts to complain that the Merry Rose is
"too busy" with "nonsense taking up bandwidth".  All I can say is
that these persons ought to look at SCAHRLDS or sca-cooks, and then
come back and say that 10-15 messages a day is "too busy".

Leave it the way it is.  I delete unread posts with subject headings
like  "Barony of Foo fighter practice cancelled" --  why can't other
people do the same for things that *they* aren't interested in?
