There are no laws specific to Atlantia governing such.  And no customs I am 
aware of for AoA circlets.  Wear a circlet if you want.

There is a custom in this Kingdom of red belts for squires.  But one can 
wear a red belt and not be a squire.  And one can be a squire and not wear a 
red belt.  That would be between the squire and his or her knight.

Atlantia has no sumptuary laws in addition to the ones in SCA's rules and 
regulations, other than wearing the badge for an Order if one is not a 
member of the Order.
