The short answer to "what sumptuary laws does Atlantia have?" is
"We don't got no steenking sumptuary laws!"
The only regulation is that from the corporate level. There is
no limitation on circlets, save that it not be a crown (which
then would not be a circlet) (don't you love circular arguments).
On accoutrements for squires: it is common but not universal
for squires to wear a red belt, often decorated with armorial
bearings of their knight. However, there is no attempt to
reserve red belts (or any other color save white).
Kingdom law does describe some of the tokens of certain awards
(such as the Undine and Kings Award of Excellence), and badges
for various orders and awards can be found in the Armorial.
The unicornate natural seahorse (in several tinctures) is
registered as a badge for general use. Spike, as we call it for
short is most commonly seen in blue, and speaks of affiliation
with Atlantia.
