But you can fix that problem also.  In Outlook Express, click on tools, then
options, then under either "mail format" or "send" depending on the version
you have.  There should be a box labeled "Reply to messages in the format
they were sent" with a little checkbox beside it.  By default that box is
checked, uncheck it.  Now if you have also checked the "plain text" box
below under message sending format then you will never send any html
messages unless you deliberately mean to do so.
