Greetings All,
I add the following to the origional posting as additional reference. I hope
it proves helpful for those that use both types of formats frequently. I
know I am easily confused and often forgetful when doing late night posting
and the like.

If you use the Address Book feature in Outlook Express 5.5, you can preset
the format for sending all messages to a paticular contact. Left click on a
contact to highlight it, Right click on the contact - a menu will appear,
Left click on Properties, Left click on name, look down at the bottom left -
you can Left click/check "Text Only" delivery. I've found that a
confirmation box will appear if you are sending something to a "Text Only"
address with HTML within to confirm your intentions. I was sending a
message with an inserted hyperlink to a web address. When I force sent it
"Text Only" - the link still worked - I guess it depends on the mail reading
program if it will recognize such things. I presume the above works about
the same when using Outlook.

Lord Andreas de Caunteton
