One of the most common causes for injury (especially for elderly
people) is slipping in the bathtub or shower. Are we to stop
bathing?

Anything one does produces a chance of injury. I could walk out to
the mailbox and get hit by a drunken driver. The jar of strawberry
jam could break and I might cut my hand. The papercut on my finger
might get infected. At what point will the HMOs be able to refuse
treatment?

This bill is not about dangerous sports -- it's about the medical
insurance people's bottom line.
