 Joyous tidings indeed!  A doctor?  The society is always in need of additional leeches.  Perhaps he should be presented with a copper bowl as a token of his accomplishment?

On April 24th, at 11:00 AM EST, Dafydd ap Gwystl, posing as David Kuijt,
defended his dissertation at University of Maryland. He passed and is now
Dr. David Kuijt!

After he and his lady wife return from their much needed holiday in Belgium,
both will be returning to the SCA and attending Atlantia's 20 Year
Celebration. Thoughout the day, you may find them under the round pavilion
with the blue gute roof liner set up beside the tourney field. Please stop
by to say hello to our long lost friends!
