[MR] Jokes on the List

I believe the joke in question did have SCA mentioned
in which case I would consider it relevant. If we
start restricting what is allowable SCA related
material and what is not allowable SCA related
material we start worrying too much.
I think it's time we were all a little less serious.
If you don't like it, delete it.
