Just another gentle reminder for everyone to be careful out there.
Coronation was marred by a series of minor mishaps and none of them occurred
to newcomers. In every case, nobody was seriously injured and even the
people involved dealt with the mishap with only a pause in their fun.

Sir Gunther was felled by heat stroke. He is home and none the worse for
wear. Quote of the day (from him) - "Nobody would just die"

Duke Anton's car broke down. Our new king crowned himself and, while Anton
was missed, those at Coronation proceeded well without him.

In my own tent, a butane lighter was hung up several feet above a propane
lantern and the distance was not enough to prevent the lighter from
exploding while children played within the tent. One parent skinned her
shins rushing down the hill to find that the children had gone back to their
game, none the worse for wear. Lighter shrapnel was found twice as far away
from the explosion as the children.

Several tents left food outside in bags to be ravaged by dogs during the
night Saturday.

Back at home, a loading ramp fell off the back of a trailer and landed
(along with a 300 lb motorized wheelchair) on my ankle. Again, nobody was
seriously hurt beyond the ability of a big band-aide to cure.

Lots of minor cases of sun burn.
