The University of Atlantia fall session has been announced for
Mineral, Virginia. Though the announcement doesn't say so, it will
likely be at the really excellent Louisa County Middle School
(which has been used for University several times), or at the
adjacent high school. Not many other choices there.<br>
<br>
Although I have not yet heard back from Mistress Lisette, I have
offered to co-ordinate an archery track. Never done this before,
but I'm ready to learn.<br>
<br>
Lady Sarah Sinclair has already signed up to repeat her hands-on
class feather cutting class, and will expand it to eight students.
I have offered to teach my Children's Archery Class and my Archery
Loaner Kit class which have not been done for several years.<br>

The Barony of Caer Mear has graciously agreed to be our
hosts for the Fall 97th Session of the University of
Atlantia, to be held in Mineral, VA on September 16,
2017. <br>

If you are interested in teaching a class, organizing a
track of classes, or have an idea for a class but don't
know who to turn to, please view <a

Given the close deadline to pre registration and the
delays due to Pennsic, the deadlines are condensed for
this session. Class proposal information can be
submitted either through the website form located on the
above link or via email. TRACK proposals are due by
August 19th and individual class proposals are due
August 21, 2017. <br>
<br>
Please include the following information: <br>
- Instructor name (SCA and modern) <br>
- Class title <br>
- Fees (if any) <br>
- Max number of students (the default maximum is 25) <br>
- Duration of class (1 hour, 2 hours, or more) <br>
- Class description <br>
- Any special requests including equipment or space
requirements for the class, as well as any conflicts.
This includes equipment the instructor would need from
the site. E.g.: projector, sturdy tables, etc. Equipment
is not necessarily available, but it can't hurt to ask. <br>
