There should be no confusion about this. This rule is to protect the minor, the marshal and the SCA. See below.<br></div><div><br></div><div>"<font size="4">Youth in Target Archery</font><div>Motivating archers at a young age is a time proven practice and a powerful force in encouraging</div><div>Youth to become more involved in Archery. Balanced against this is the concern of safety for minors</div><div>involved in martial arts. The important points involving Youth and Target Archery are parental</div><div>supervision and understanding of the activity by both parents and Youth.</div><div><br></div><div>Youth under the age of 18 may participate in Target Archery if:</div><div>1. Their parents or legal guardian are present at the Target Archery range at all times.</div><div>2. An adult is present at the range along with the parent of the youth.</div><div>3.
