So here is the updated charter with the original typos corrected and a few minor changes. The next step will be to form the “Council” and start adding members. So again I am extending the first invitations to past DEMs, EDEMs and current or past regional marshals. Once the Council is formed we will ask for regional Masters and start to fill the ranks.
