On August 25th, 1326 Edward III of England defeats Philip VI's army at the Battle of Crecy in France. This will be on Monday this year and we are already having a practice then. The only way to honor this great day is to have practice on Sunday! Not only a practice, but I think we will need to have a party!!!! I will be making a stew and ask anyone who is coming to bring a side dish or desert. The shooting and festivities will begin at 4 and go till dawn. (alright not that long, but there will be no rush to leave.) Please bring a song or story to share around the campfire after we are done shooting.
