I wanted to pass along that
I talked with Master Godric this evening and we are go for the St.
Sebastian's IV shoot this year at
Pennsic. They were very enthusiastic to
ask Atlantia back for our 4th year in a row now! Looks like we will host the
shoot on 2 Aug (Saturday) because of the opening ceremonies and the War
points schedule. I tried to shift it to Sunday but doesn't look like that is
possible. So I hope you are as excited as I am about this very popular and
successful shoot! The theme once again is "Safari" so that should lend
itself to many ideas for targets. I would like to have all targets finalized
by the end of March and the scoring for each target provided to me by the
middle of June. I will send out more reminders as we get closer. We could
also use more helping marshal's and maybe one or two more target stations if
you have not volunteered yet. This shoot has been successful because of YOU!
I thank you for all of your hard work and dedication to showcasing what
Altantia can do in Archery!

Also Lord Godai is
collecting $25 from anyone or group who wish to donate to
support the gift certificates as award prizes.

Here is our current list of targets and helpers:

Number of Marshal's

Name of Marshal's helping

Targets Bringing

Comments

1

Janyn Fletcher

Pendulum

MIC of Event

2

Seamus McRay

YES

Helping Marshal

3

Nichola Blackwell
