<div class="Body"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:">In the absence of the Earl Marshal and the Deputy Earl Marshal for the activity at an event, these Special Deputies can be used as part of the Marshal’s appeal process and will be the final authority on the interpretation of Marshallate conventions at that event, but only if they are not a party to the dispute.</span></div>
