I applaud this idea much more than using RR or IKAC, etc... This should be a<br>
fun and open shoot for all that want to shoot and have fun. I don't think I<br>
would be interested in supporting a shoot that is geared for "elite"<br>
shooters, whatever that means? We already have one of those and it is<br>
boring. Know it is way early in this discussion but we should not limit the<br>
shoot just because of potential size, it would be great to have more than<br>
less and have to manage them.<br>

How about using the war point shoot to 'qualify' for this one?<br>
Something like 'anyone who scores on 2 or more of the 3 war point<br>
targets' would cut the numbers down to a manageable level, without<br>
cutting out anyone who is shooting well at Pennsic but may not have RR<br>
or IKAC scores. This could be self-reported on the honor system so as<br>
not to pose a record keeping burden to those running St. Sebastian.</span><span
