We will need to state our case in a way that helps the MIC understand that we are not at cross-purposes at all. We will need to present several ideas (plan A, plan B, etc.) so that a multitude of "solutions" to our dilemma can be seen and laid out for consideration.</DIV>

This is why I suggested in the beginning that we save discussion until a few things are complete first. I don’t know of a soul here who has bad intent in their postings yet once again personal offenses are being taken. I think we should wait to see number one if this is even feasible and will be allowed in a manner that is conducive to it being productive, two we select a leader for this event to spear head what and how this happens. </SPAN></P>
