<P>Agreed. From my experience as a Range Safety Officer in the Marine Corps - any Safety Ruleset should 1) be easily located and 2) easily understood by any Novice. </P>

<P>If our own Marshalls need to conference to sort out what the rules mean, then we have a problem. The most recent rule change is a good example of that.</P>
