Greetings unto the Archers of Atlantia,

As the sitting Royal Archer for the past year, it is my time to step aside and find a worthy successor. The lineage of the Atlantian Royal Archer is a great one containing many names which make our enemies fear Atlantia's Archers; Mika, Siegfried, Seamus, to name but a few, will your name be the next in the line?

As my final duty I have put together a challenging yet fun shoot with several new ends and some of your old favorites, all with my own little evil twist of fun. My Lady, Baroness Amalia, has taken time away from painting illuminated scrolls to paint the target faces for my chosen theme, the Hunt as depicted in manuscripts. This will be without a doubt the best looking and probably the only fully documented targets you have ever shot at, from Egyptian Rabbits, to Celtic Peacocks, and many more.

So please come join us as at the Elchenburg Castle as the Barony of Sacred Stone hosts this year's Kingdom Archery Championship. Every target is designed to challenge the masters, yet be fun for everyone. Just ask the archers at my practice who became the guinea pigs of my targets, I believe the phrase was "oh dear Lord, what is THAT!"

And if that isn't enough to get you out to the ranges, Lady Esperanza is making the prize arrows for the shoot. Not just one for the overall winner, but others as well. And if you have seen the arrows she shoots on a daily basis, just imagine what her *fancy* arrows will be!

Please get your reservations in as the scrumptious feast depends on it!
http://acorn.atlantia.sca.org/event_flyer.php?event_id=3c9655dd

In Service,
Baron Jonathas
Royal Archer
