<P>While I lkie to see marshals shoot Royal Rounds and encourage it. Roysl Rounds only go so far with both goood practice and fun.  I would ecnourage all our Marshals to know how to do lots of other shoots also. For all you Marshals out there who have not taken Mika's traget class I highly encourage you to do so.  He has a lot of ideas to help you make your shoot more fun and to help us all become better archres.  <BR>Remember people have been shooting for a long time before there were marshals our job is to help the do it in greater safety by providing a safe place to shoot,help them make sure that their equipment is safe and safe shoots after that our job is to help make it fun. </P>
