[Archers] Group/Regional Marshals Needed

My Brothers and Sisters of the Bow, 
I write to you for I seek to fill the target archer positions in our local groups. Covid and our lack of being able to gather has left many positions vacant. Over half of baronial archery officers are vacant. It is far worse at the shire and canton levels. This is not acceptable in the best target archery kingdom in the Known World. I am putting out a general call for all archery marshals to check in with their local seneschals or your webpage to ensure your group has an archery marshal. If not, please consider volunteering for the job. I will be sending out a more targeted call to those warranted archery marshals in groups without a group marshal asking one of you to take on the job. However, if you would like to volunteer early and often, please contact me and your local seneschal as soon as possible.
Additionally, I am seeking an experienced, organized marshals to fill the position of Regional Target Archery Marshal for North and South Carolina. Your responsibilities would include assisting in training, overseeing event preparations, promoting archery in your area and providing extra pair of eyes on the ground at events. We are working on setting up at monthly or quarterly zoom meetings to discuss archery in Atlantia. If you are interested in the job please email me at milesdelocwode at verizon.net .
