Thank you, Lord Eirik.

We do need discussion on this topic. Everyone, please keep in mind that
being MiC does not mean you have to do all the work. You just have to
organize all the work and make sure it gets done.  This hasn't been easy in
the past as everyone is busy and has diverse interests and frankly, people
want to go to war to have fun, not work. Truthfully, see archery at War of
the Wings going by the wayside. I would hate for that to happen.  Any more
thoughts on the matter?
