[Archers] Archers Digest, Vol 186, Issue 3

I have been told that unless someone steps forward to volunteer as MiC,
there will not be archery. The theme of the event is the Schembart Festival
and the focus is on games. There will be team competitions and a variety of
new and different activities. I believe Their Highnesses are encouraging
the populace to focus on those activities, as opposed to the traditional
marshal activities that make up 90% of our event schedules =)
