[Archers] Archers Digest, Vol 181, Issue 11

I agree with Mistress Martelle. We should never turn away folks with Modern
equipment. If that equipment does not comply with our rules we should let
them participate but not score. We need to recruit more people and this is
an opportunity to hook them on a fun and safe activity. I am always open to
listen to any discussion on this matter.
