[Archers] Saint Sebastian's 9 Shoot at Pennsic

Thank you for leading the  Saint Sebastian's shoot for (wow) nine years,
Master Janyn!!

I'm going to take over the roll of Marshal Coordinator for Baron Christophe
since he's mending from some medical stuff.  SO, please let me know your
preference for morning or afternoon shift.  First come first serve!
