[Archers] Assistance with Battle on the Bay

Many thanks to all who have volunteered to assist with the archery 
range for Battle on the Bay.

Sorry this is so late getting out, and I hope it isn't too late for some.

I expect to be at the site by 3pm on Friday to begin layout/setup
(I'm going to be playing some of this by the seat of my pants, since the space 
limitations are yet to be fully seen).  What doesn't get done Friday will be finished 
on Saturday.  I will probably be there by 8.

Btw, it's going to be set up as a miniature of its usual setup, between the equestrians 
and the pavilion, since other options didn't pan out.

I hope it will be enough to prove to be a good experience for all of you who 
have volunteered as MiTs :)
