[Archers] Quarterly Reports Due

As we approach March I wanted to remind marshals that quarterly reports are
due. So if you are a TAM or Running classes in your group, please go to the
archery page (http://archery.atlantia.sca.org/form_human.php?W=Q) and
create a report.
