[Archers] Winter

I know its been a long cold winter . . . not really. I miss you all on the
range.

I hope everyone has taken some time this winter to tune up their bow and
arrows. Before you know it we will all be out on the range shooting again.
It also is a good time to take a look at the Target Archery Handbook to
brush up on our rules and guidelines as archers and archery marshals. (
