[Archers] Archers Digest, Vol 163, Issue 4

It appears that the King wants to pick an archery champion by competition.

I welcome comments on when WE would like that competition to take place.
Then we can offer that to his Majesty.

Ruby Joust VI and Investiture (R) — Kings recommendation
Southern Atlantian Archery Day XI — Lady Arnbjorg's Recommendation
