[Archers] Change to Start Time of Archery Marshal Class at WOW

Hello everyone,

I saw an e-mail yesterday from the class coordinators at WOW, and they 
have changed the start time for the Target Archery Marshal classes at WOW.

The Thursday class now starts at 10 AM and goes to 12 PM.

The Saturday repeat class will also start at 10 AM and go to 12 PM.

The class location is unchanged, which is by the archery field.

I will bring camp stools for everyone to sit on, the class handouts, and 
demonstration materials.
