[Archers] Marshals

So I want to remind all marshals that the 4th quarter reports will be due
soon. Last quarter I did not receive very many. If you are running
practices or marshaling at events you need to submit reports. It is very
important to know what is going on throughout the Kingdom so that is why
these are so important.
