[Archers] Congratulations

[JAMES FRAILEY]

I want to congratulate 2 archers. At Holiday Faire Her Majesty Alyna of the
Vale called Alexandria of Stierbach and Ronan mac Imair of Ponte Alto into
court. Alexandra was given her Grand Bowmen Elite and Ronan was given his
Bowmen Elite. Both these good gentles worked very hard to make these ranks.
Congratulations to both of them.
