[Archers] St. Sebastian's VI Shoot

I can make a target to send with someone, but we definitely will not be at Pennsic, so I can't help marshal this year.

We are very under staffed and still need more target stations as well. If we cant get enough support for the shoot we wont be able to conduct it.
