[Archers] Longbow history from a political point of view.

Hello fellow archers,
     Here is a link to a 2015 paper on the _political_ reasons why other 
countries did not adopt the longbow even after many English battle 
victories in the 1300s and 1400s. I found the idea quite interesting, 
though I am not an expert on law or politics (period nor modern). I hope 
other archers may also be interested.
