[Archers] The Winter Challenge results

Greetings unto my friends of the bow:

Just a few notes from the Winter Challenge
(http://web.raex.com/~obsidian/wint.html) for 2015/16:

There were 147 shooters total and of them 12 %(17) were from Atlantia. We
had 2 archers in the top 10 and 10 of 17 above 50%. 

There were 176 scores submitted (multiple bows per shooter) and of that 18
%( 31) were from Atlantia. Of the 9 categories of bows, we were 1st in 4
categories (Period Recurve, Sighted Recurve, Longbow, and Sighted Longbow)
and had at least one archer in the top 10 of every category.    

The breakdown by barony is as follows:

Stierbach 9 (53%)

Ponte Alto 5 (29%)

Bright Hills 2 (12%)

Sacred Stone 1 (6%)
