[Archers] Stepping down as DEM TA for Atlantia

Lord Janyn,

You've served well for many years, first as my Emergence DEM and then as
DEM.  Thank you so very much for your service!  The archery community is
better for having you lead it.  Now it's time to relax.  I look forward to
seeing what else you get yourself into!
