[Archers] Improper completion of MiT Forms

Good evening all, I wanted to remind all of our mentors and sponsoring marshals that the MiT form needs to be properly completed and signed by the sponsoring marshal prior to it being sent to me. I have now received 3 in the last week that were sent by the MiT which is incorrect and none of them were signed by the sponsor. I WILL NOT accept any of these forms in this condition. It makes me wonder if the sponsor is even involved with these MiTs? The whole idea of using sponsors was to assure the MiT was ready to become a marshal, just because they had 3 events completed does not assure they are ready. YOU the sponsor need to vouch for them prior to me issuing the warrant. 

So once again MiTs are suffering because the seasoned marshals are not following the rules. Please take the time to understand our rules and process. If you have questions ask, but this needs to be cleaned up ASAP.
