[Archers] Valiance Discussion at Pennsic

Greetings friends and family that will attend Pennsic. This year there will
be two meetings to discuss the Valiance Proposal (aka: Omnibus Peerage).
Simply put, think of this like the Laurel, but for martial activities. We
will have open discussions, Q&A, a meet and greet and more! Please come and
participate on this historical, and important initiative on Sunday and
Tuesday evening, 6 p.m. at the Thrown Weapons tent on the main battlefield.
