[Archers] Trial Balloon: Period Archery Collegium

Noble Friends of the Bow,

Thank you all for your ideas about the proposed 2016 Isenfir Period 
Archery Collegium. I was pleased to get such a good response, and so 
many helpful ideas. I have already made several changes to the original 
plan, including decoupling the gate fee and the lunch, and in general 
dropping the price a bit.

The plan will go to Isenfir's Populace for discussion on 14 July. More soon.
